Diet rubbish. Ignore this post if you're not mind numbingly bored.

  • Woke up at 6am. Well, I said "woke," that would be a loose term. I suffer with insomnia and have had a partifcularly bad bout of it lately. So at 6am I get out of bed and decided I might as well start the day. Which went as follows.
  • 40 minute walk. about -100 cals I'd say.
  • 200g of chickpea and spinach. +200 cals.
  • 1 Quorn sausage and tin of beans, +200 cals.
  • I piece of white bread, 107 cals
  • Three glasses of orange squash, about 300cals
  • About to go do my evening workout, must burn off around 800 cals. Urgh. Will report back with my findings!

  1. Hi again. Did you know that not eating enough can affect your sleep. I know this myself from experience.
