Ran 6km today, did sit ups and weights.
Food: Some spag bol, the veg was going of so chucked it in with tomatos and quorn, ate with a salad. At a guess about 600 cals? Unsure. Had a yoghurt for breakfast, 88 cals, 0.1g fat. Unsure fat content of spagetti.
Cals eaten: 688. Burned: lost track. Wouldn't say I was too far off though hopefully.
